When a disaster strikes a community, people want to know that there is a solid, reputable disaster restoration franchise around that will be able to help them pick up the pieces and move on. They want to get help with mitigation, cleanup, and restoration so that they can resume their lives. You can be the person that helps your community while working for themselves as the same time.

We give our franchisees excellent support and training, and, if you become a franchisee, you’ll start with an eight-week pre-training class that shows you the basics of setting up your business with the right documents, licenses, plans, and more. You’ll learn how to write business and marketing plans, for example. We’ll also show you how to apply for a business license. Additionally, you’ll learn how to use our software systems, how to handle mitigation construction, how to estimate a job, and how to do the accounting side of your business.

You’ll get continued support after this training. You’ll have at least two days of marketing field assistance with one of our experts, and we will dry run your equipment, assess the systems and guidelines you’ve initiated, and more. You’ll get another marketing training about 90 days after you start your business, and you’ll have a committed business coach to help you with other issues you may encounter. We are available to support you with any problem or concern you may have.

The costs of starting a franchise with us vary from person to person, and this is because some franchisees come to us with more infrastructure in place than others. There are at least a few fees you can expect, however. They include: franchise fee – $45,000; new business set – between $13,500 and $43,500; supplemental territory fees – $0-$5,000; leasehold improvements, site and lease fees – $3,500 – $27,500. While there are other costs, such as marketing and working capital, travel, training, inventory fees, insurance, uniforms, miscellaneous, signage, office supplies, disaster recovery vehicle, etc., the total can range between $116,075 and $257,375. We do offer funding options.

Our clients only have one point of contact during the restoration process, and that’s us. They don’t have to hire a general contractor to complete the work after the mess is cleaned up because we are our own contractor. We assist them with insurance claims, and we keep lines of communication open all the time. When you’re ready to learn more about owning a disaster restoration franchise, get in touch with us, and we’ll be glad to share more information about our unique business.
