Annual Fly Fishing Trip

Our family has been fly fishing for quite a while. We’ve always really enjoyed it, and we’ve passed the interest on to our children, so it’s been a pretty big deal. Essentially it’s morphed into a family tradition. 

We started an annual family trip with the fly fishermen in the family. We’ve pretty much kept it local as it made it easier for everyone to bring their gear. Eventually everyone wanted more, which seemed inevitable, so we had to do some work to see what kind of trips were feasible for our family. 

We were able to find fly fishing locations that were doable for us. They were drivable and tolerable in terms of spending time in a car with kids.
