• Movie Makers have come up with this new idea of launching movies through online portals that earlier never was a thing.
• Access to unlimited movies, whether new or old, and the new launches have made online movies trendy.
• This idea of launchingonline movies was criticized earlier, but keeping the intensity of the situation of the global Pandemic, the idea was finally executed.

• Movies in PVR or Cinemas can never go out of trend, but online movies are a convenient and affordable entertainment source.
• Viewers now have access to an unlimited variety of contents.

Competition

• • Before the idea ofonline movies has been adopted, web series and web shows were already in trend, increasing competition.
  • New users are connecting because of this idea, but the existing one has their genre to watch.
  • The time limit will play an important role, completing web series of approximately 20 minutes of each episode with several seasons, whereas a 2hour 45 minutes’ movie will attract the consumers.
  • In Today’s market, content is king, so this will also play an important role.
  • Web series and web show creators already have an established Market. The entertainment industry is divided into various platforms.

• 123movies may be making a trend in Today’s scenario but let’s not forget piracy of movies has a serious concern.
• Allowing everything through the Internet may cost more to creators than expected.
• Exploitation can be for actors as well; if in one platform an actor is best, that doesn’t mean he will be accepted in other platforms.
• Television actors, even after acing their game, have to struggle to get a name in Bollywood;the same applies to Bollywood actors working on online platforms
